All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. No credit or payment plans will be provided

In the event of a return a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of Black Patch Performance receiving the returned item

Return Policy

Black Patch Performance is not responsible for fitment issues related to any product ordered from the website. When your order is submitted you are verifying that you have ordered the correct bumper for your vehicle. If for some reason you need to return your bumper returns will be accepted up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be returned in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on the item. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders. For returns call 540-784-1004.

The Return Process 

  1. Call Black Patch Performance at 540-784-1004 to explain the reason of return
  2. Make sure the bumper is repackaged the way it was delivered to you
  3. Get package dimensions and weight 
  4. Communicate with local freight companies (we recommend R+L Carriers) to send the bumper back to Black Patch Performance
  5. Send your bumper back to Black Patch Performance at 1054 Forest Grove Rd. Lexington Virginia 24450 unless otherwise instructed to send the bumper to a different address 
  6. Once Black Patch Performance has received the bumper your return will be processed and you should receive your money back in 3-5 business days
  7. Customer will be liable for a 25% restocking fee due at time of refund 



If for some reason you need to cancel the order and we have not processed the order yet cancellation is an option in most cases. You will not be refunded the full amount because the card processors charge us a 3% fee to accept the payment. There will also be a $50 cancellation fee subtracted from the refund. If you would like to cancel your order contact us via email at or by calling us at 540-784-1004 

*please note that if we have already pulled the order for shipment or verified/processed the order it is not eligible for cancellation. In that case it would be treated as a return and would be subject to restocking fees 



If for some reason the item arrives damaged or defective you have 1 week to bring to issue to our attention via email at or by calling us at 540-784-1004 

If 1 week has passed since the delivery date of the item we cannot exchange or return the item. We strongly advise that you unwrap the bumper immediately upon arrival to insure that there are no defects or damage 



DO NOT throw away ANY of the packaging until after you have made sure the the bumper is not damaged, the part is correct, and you have all of the hardware. If you do not have the original packaging we can not return or exchange the bumper. We can also not provide missing hardware because the companies only stock the bumpers as kits and an exchange would have to be done. If you do not have the original packaging the exchange can not be done
